Marty Wygmans is the Project Director for TRIO Programs at Binghamton University. She oversees the university's Upward Bound and Student Support Services programs. As part of her duties she writes the grant proposals which fund Upward Bound and Student Support Services. Additionally, she supervises staff, handles budgetary matters, and ensures compliance with federal regulations. Marty also serves on the Board of Directors for the Association for Equality and Excellence in Education.

in the background. Sal Vizcarrondo - (607) 768-9160 - is Senior Academic Counselor for Upward Bound. In 1965, he was a student in the original Upward Bound pilot program. He was so impressed with it that he joined Binghamton University's program as a Tutor/Counselor. Sal is responsible for coordinating Upward Bound's counseling program and counseling students. He also facilitates the Regents process, supervises recruitment and coordinates all summer activities for the program.

She meets with them at their high schools and at the Tutorial Center. In addition, during the Summer Residential Program, she trains and supervises staff, coordinates evening tutoring, and oversees student activities.

He meets with them at their high schools and at the Tutorial Center. During the Summer Residential Program, he connects student academic progress with teacher development. He also coordinates tutoring and oversees student activities.

She's wearing glasses and a coral v-neck shirt. Cindy Kery is Assistant Director for Administrative Services of TRIO Programs. A former Upward Bound student, she began working part-time for TRIO in 1976. Cindy is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the TRIO Office. This includes student tracking, federal reporting, room reservations and paperwork such as applications, consent forms and stipends. She also handles Veteran Services paperwork.
